It has been a little over a year since I started my weight loss journey. I made a commitment to lose weight and it is something that I am continually working towards. During the last year, I have always tried to keep a positive outlook even though some weeks I wasn’t able to work out or I saw a small gain on the scale. The first of the year has also brought many hurdles with my health and illnesses.

  1. What super great quotes. I really like the first one “When you think about quitting think about why you started in the first place.” There have been times that I had to remind myself.

  2. #4 is a really important thing to keep in mind. I’ve just started logging all of my food, but I know my big problem is too many liquid calories.

  3. β€œSmall daily improvements are the key to staggering long-term results” is the piece of advice that I am trying to focus on. I don’t believe in diets or making a ton of huge changes all at once. That may work well for others, but I know that I probably wouldn’t keep up with those types of changes. But I can make small changes and improvements.
