Color Run Event Schedule 2015

Color Run Event Schedule 2015

The Color Run was created in March of 2011 in help promote health and happiness. They were the first ever race that included colored paint and they are currently adding new fun races including a Color Run at Night. Over the last several years this race has grown tremendously and in 2014 they hosted over 50+ races. This race is un-timed and is only 5K. There are only two rules to entering this race:

  • wear a white t-shirt
  • end up plastered in different colors by the time you reach the finish line

Even if you haven’t participated in a race before, come join in the fun. Most of the participants who come out for this run haven’t ever participated in a race before. Since this race is un-timed, you don’t have to worry about finishing in record time. You can walk, jog, or run while having fun. It is open to everyone from first time to seasoned runners. There is no age restriction either so this is a great race that you can do as a family too!

  1. This sounds like such an awesome fun color run event indeed. I would love to enter one one day. Hopefully next year I can get my kids to do it with me. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I ran a Color Run last year with my daughters and it was a lot of fun, for the most part. Because she’s so little, my youngest daughter got lots of the colored powder in her eyes and mouth at the different stations and wasn’t too happy about it. 😉
